The grand opening of the Počernice brewery took place on 3 June 2016, which was 453 years since the opening of the original brewery. In Počernice brewery you can taste not only 12 ° tiered Počernický lager, which is brewed according to the original recipe from the 19th century, but also many other types of beer according to seasonal events, holidays and other occasions. For the production of beer is not only the quality of the raw materials used, but mainly water, which is used from our unique Počernice spring. The original statuette of St. Barbara from the 19th century, the patron of the Počernice brewery, oversees the quality of beer and the satisfaction of regulars. For a larger company we will be happy to prepare and cook a special beer according to the client's requirements. The pride of the Počernický brewery is the excellent Czech and Old Czech cuisine, which prides itself on the traditional method of preparation, home cooking and popular specialties grilled on a special grill with an open fire. Among the most popular dish is “Pork Brewing Ribs” adapted in several ways. The building is divided into several parts, which are accessible to all visitors. The main part of the brewery on the ground floor is accessible from the main road. Its dominant feature is a copper brewhouse with a classic beer bar, above which are suspended interactive clock from the castle tower from the 14th century. The capacity of the space is 80 seats.
