Poppels is a modern brewery with ancient origins. Although this brewery has completely different conditions today with modern brewing technology, a large selection of raw materials with high quality and good knowledge of the chemistry and biology behind the brewing process, they are basically passionate about the same thing that their predecessors always did, namely brewing a fantastic beer!
