Rohovský brew beer in the traditional way, using the classic two-mouth technology, exclusively from Czech raw materials - Moravian malt, Satu Mare hops, brewer's yeast and spring water from local sources. After brewing, the beer is cooled in the brewery and transferred to the cellar. There, in open fermentation vats, its main fermentation takes place after the addition of brewer's yeast and at a temperature of about 10 ° C. This process takes about 10-14 days, then the beer is bottled in lager tanks. In the lager cellar, the beer matures for a period of min. 4 weeks. Rohovský minipivovar tap beer in the tap directly from lager tanks (without pasteurization, filtration or other modifications). The beer thus contains a number of "B" vitamins and other healthy substances. The name Rohan beer is derived from the name of their village Rohov. Even in the logo of the mini-brewery, a part of the emblem of the village of Rohov is used, namely a chess figure (tower) with horns. From a heraldic point of view, it reflects the fact that the village lies on the border (in the corner) of the area that closes the Opava basin towards the vast plains of Poland, the corners then symbolize the agricultural tradition of this place
