Rokko Beer founded its present first factory in 1997 at the foot of Mt. Rokko, which is close to Arima Onsen, and started a second factory at the same five companies in 2018. They use the famous water from Rokko Mountain, carefully selected malt and yeast, and local special products to make beer. In December 2018, we released BAYALE using Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. All of the original recipes are brewed in consideration of the taste loved by the Japanese regardless of the traditional style, and we will spare no effort to deliver the delicious beer that is fresh and delicious. Aiming for a day when the Rokko beer style is called Kobe style, we continue to challenge to make delicious beer.
