Science Brew is a spin-out from DTU with a sharp focus on circular food technology. Brew work with unique international patents, in collaboration with DTU Food, where we minimize raw material consumption in beer production and utilize the by-products for new types of food. Don't forget to leave through CO2 quotas - we believe in a truly circular approach. We call it Zero Waste Beer.
