Caft beer on a 30 barrel brewhouse and 30 barrel fermentors. Are also will feature a large barrel program for aging beers. In addition, one of a few breweries in Illinois to feature two 30 barrel foeders. A Foeder is a giant oak vat typically used to age wine, but recently beer breweries have started using them. The main purpose of foeders will be to age sours/wild beers and some will age 12-18 months.
