Slater's Ales

From the early 70’s when Ged Slater first saw a small brew pub in Lancashire he knew it was something he always wanted to do. Fast forward to 1995 and the realisation of that dream. From 10 barrel plant shoehorned into out buildings at The George to todays 30 barrel plant at Stafford site the dream Ged had of brewing his own high quality beer using the best ingredients remains the same. The plant might be bigger, the pubs deliver to may be further away, but the principles of using the best ingredients can and brewing to the best that can will always remain true. Whilst the brewery has grown principles have remained, have used the same suppliers since started.
