It was built in 2012 on the site of a former manorial brewery. The original brewery stood next to the mill. Then it was demolished and in its place a new mill was built, powered not by a wheel, but by a water turbine. The old mill became apartments. Then the building of the new and old mill was demolished and a new brewery with a beer hall was built on this site. The chimney of the malthouse has remained standing, still stands and will continue to stand. The basic pillar of the assortment consists of bottom-fermented beers, but the brewery is not afraid to go against the flow and, in addition to the obligatory beers of the ALE type, it also floats into less popular foreign beer styles. It regularly releases its seasonal specials, which have so far been seen by more than a few dozen. The plans of the Slavkov Brewery in the future are considerable. The main thing is not to forget the purity of that craft. Not to diminish the dignity of Czech lager and not to forget its original role.
