Hello, my name is Jochem Sprong, I'm the brewer and founder of SMEELE - Fabrique de bière. A strange name, perhaps, but it's due to my Dutch origins. I'm committed to creating unique and authentic beers for you.
I'd also like to introduce Claire, my partner, who is here to welcome you from time to time.
We also regularly take on trainees and sometimes a student on a sandwich course.
