The experimental mini-brewery Šnajdr was officially opened in the area of ​​the old cellar of the historic brewery in Kostelec nad Černými lesy. The first batch took place on New Year's Eve 2013, Mr. Brewer cooked a dark thirteen as a dot for the just ending year. Immediately after the festive fireworks, a subsequent batch of bright fourteen was welded as a harbinger of the fertile year just coming. Beer from the experimental brewery will be tapped for the first time on Saturday 15.3. 2014, of course, in the Černokostelecký pivovar inn. The brewery will also celebrate this day for 13 years, when it was officially bought by the company Dej Bůh štěstí spol. s r.o. and began to reconstruct it. The Šnajdr mini-brewery is named after a brewer, a brewing expert and friend Ing. Jaroslav Šnajdra, Ph.D. (known in the brewing world as Jarin), who has been working in brewery since the very beginning and has a microbrewery on his shoulders. The microbrewery will serve technological experiments, special batches and experiential gastronomy. However, Černokostelecké beer itself will be brewed only on the historic brewery. Beers from the Šnajdr mini-brewery will be tapped irregularly in the Černokostelecký brewery and in the U Vodoucha, U Slovanské lípy and Na Třemošné inns.
