After years of homebrewing, they successfully convinced the administration of Case Western Reserve University that growing from a craft beer bar and restaurant to a campus-centric brewpub was an awesome idea. In that search, Head Brewer Aaron Wirtz was the "prototype" that filled every need the search required. Today, Aaron is guiding all of their Scholars on how to make the best beer in Cleveland and beyond.
