Story begins in Scituate, MA, where founder Matt grew up and where company built brewery. After working at Georgetown Brewing in Seattle, Matt hatched a plan to move east and build a production space to brew beer inspired by the styles of the Pacific Northwest. Taproom - a renovated historic schoolhouse dating back to 1852 - opened in October of 2017, and brewery has been at it ever since. In addition to making some damn good beer, brewery strives to make community a better place through regular charitable giving opportunities and events.
