Valaduta Brovar

Valaduta brovar is the logical result of their acquaintance at the first Minsk homebrewing competition in 2012. They are different people with different interests, but they are united by a love for good beer, beer traditions and culture. They cook both classic varieties that their grandparents can drink, and experiment with extraordinary varieties following the example of the New World - IPA in all its variations. They especially love strong dark styles: RICE, porter, doppelbock. In the summer, they look for ideas in local berries and tropical fruits to create light and refreshing varieties. They are developing beer food paring, cooperating with local farmers, looking for new combinations of beer styles of local dishes and products.
