Since the end of October 2016, the traditional brewery in Dalfsen has been taken into use. Before that the company brewed beer at Admiraal Brouwerij. From the beginning of December the employees of the Leer-werk-center Philadelphia start working in the brewery every week. There is also cooperation with the municipality of Dalfsen and "work placement places" are offered for people from the WMO and "language placement places" for status holders with the aim of bridging cultural differences and helping people to make the move towards the labor market. Work in the brewery consists of filling, labeling, packaging and of course a lot of cleaning. Delivering and assisting with guided tours can also be part of the work for valuable colleagues.
