how 'the little one' saw the light of day: on a cloudy january day, the two northern lights patrick and christian dreamed of summer and the long days on the baltic sea at the pig bridge in wismar. according to old stories, wismar was known for its variety of hop gardens and “liquid gold”. wismar needs its own beer. we don’t want “mass beer production” and so our “small” one is produced here in the far north in an artisanal brewing tradition and unfiltered.
