Description
B06 beers are top fermentation tasting beers and, in order to preserve their aromas, they are neither filtered nor pasteurised. Proof of this is the presence of a slight deposit of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.
Brewed and bottled by hand in my workshop in Antibes, they are produced in limited quantities in order to underline the particular care I take with each one.
