The Bruckmüller brewery has tradition. Beer has been produced in this brewery for over 500 years. What began in 1490 as the "Prewhaus der Parfusser" - the Franciscan brewery - was continued by the Bruckmüller family in 1803. For seven generations now, the brewery has been run as a family business.
