Description
"Perlenzauber" is Kalea's tribute to the art of brewing from small and independent breweries. Each year, the beer is brewed in a different brewery. The brewers have free rein over the brew kettles. They also decide which style of beer is brewed. The only requirement from Kalea is that special hop varieties ("pearls") must be used. Perlenzauber is therefore good for a surprise every year.
