Polly's - Bouquet

Sometimes doing things simple is the best way to go about things when it comes to beer. One of our brewing heroes in The Kernel embraces this simplicity best, whilst still creating incredibly balanced beers. Bouquet is an unashamed tribute to the masters of simplicity, with an easygoing hop bill of new school mega hops Comet and Mosaic, and clean fermented with US05 for an awesome crisp and balanced IPA, blooming with flavour.
