blend of 1, 2 and 3 years spontaneous beer from coolship. the coolship was placed at Stefano Amerighi's wineyard in Cortona, Italy, during the harvest of biodynamic Syrah grapes, when the air is full of life. the beer fermented in ex Syrah barrels, placed in Amerighi's ex cellar.
