Birra Del Moro - Dama Del Deserto

A weizen (beer brewed with wheat malt), a very drinkable pale beer that takes its name from a characteristic: the taste of wheat malt mixed with barley malt invades the palate, where it comes into contact with the taste buds, and then quickly disappears once swallowed almost like an apparition in the desert. Ideal in combination with a classic pizza, but it is also highly recommended with crustaceans and fish in general thanks to its typical slight acidity.
