The Birra del Moro Brewery was born in Pontremoli in 2013 from the passion of Emanuele Sordi, after years of experience as a homebrewer, already boasts a presence at the "Salone del Gusto" in Turin, where he was able to present his first beer, the Dama del Desert, following a project promoted by Slow Food.
