Birra Del Moro - La Mora Di Cacciaguerra

A special beer, similar to the Belgian Saison style, of a loaded amber with a not excessive golden foam. Flavored with Coriander, Juniper berries, Star Anise, Cherries and Oak, it is a very complex beer with a very particular balance of spices. An explosive aroma in which aniseed initially dominates, followed by coriander and juniper berries, while in the aroma the initial sweetness of the cherry leaves room for the taste of the spices that dance on the palate chasing each other and ending with a persistent note of bitterness to cleanse the same. A meditation beer, quite demanding, which finds its best match with sweets and especially with chocolate, preferably bitter.
