Unpasteurized and unfiltered lager brewed according to the Medieval Beer Purity Act (Reinheitsgebot) by the classical method: brewhouse, open fermenter and lager cellar in a decoctive way. Pivovar Doubravník use only one type of Moravian malt of the Pilsen type and hop five times with Saaz semi-early blueberry.
