Alljährlich gebraut zum Jahrestag des 1516 in Ingolstadt verkündeten weltberühmten Bayerischen Reinheitsgebotes. Das kräftige Festbier ist goldfarben und blank filtriert. Die Hopfenblume ist nobel grüngrasig, es folgt eine zarte Honignote. Fülliger Antrunk, fein perlend, dezente Süße. Sie wird von der Hopfenbittere gekonnt ausbalanciert. So entsteht ein elegantes Festbier mit bester "Durchtrinkbarkeit".
