Holy Grisella

Grisella is a brand brewed with pilsner and vienna malts, along with spelt, dark wheat, and bourbon barrel aged honey. It was hopped lightly in the kettle with german tettnang, and fermented in previously used cognac barrels with a house mixed culture.
