Bierbeschreibung
A light base of 12.0 plato, fermented using our blend of yeast and bacteria, which, thanks to their work for over eighteen months, gave us a distinctly sour, slightly wild beer.
After barrel fermentation, the beer was strained onto freshly harvested Polish peaches and apricots. After five months of maceration, it was bottled and naturally carbonated through aging and refermentation.
