Semi-dark bottom-fermented special of medium bitterness. Cooked from four types of malt into two mash, hopped with the highest quality Saaz hops, fermented in a semi-enclosed cellar. It matures for at least one month. Semi-dark beer, whose brownish color slightly announces a higher alcohol content. The beer has a delicate, drier aroma, with the aroma of dried hops, which all for the first time hides its true maltiness and fullness.
