The style is close to IPA (Indian Pale Ale) but is not so strong. It is a top-fermented beer, made from American hops. It has an intense ruby color, which is supplied by barley malt and a special type of yeast. They also provide a full and slightly sweet to fruity taste, reminiscent of citrus. Hops are used exclusively American, which is more bitter and aromatic.
