Sieman Le Bucce - Bianco Riserva

This beer matures for 12 months in oak barrels. During this period, a slow and wild fermentation by indigenous yeasts and bacteria occurs. At the end of maturation, the company add directly in barrels the Tai Bianco grapes the company grow on Berici Hills, with maceration on grape's skins. The maturation together with grapes continues for further 3 months. Unfiltered, bottle conditioned. Beer in evolution.
