Sieman

Italian real farmhouse brewery located in Berici Hills, near Vicenza. The company are three brothers, and "Siemàn" means "six hands" in local dialect. The brewery grow vineyards, the brewery produce natural raw wine, the company produce sour and wild beers using our local ingredients, in particular grapes. All beers mature in oak barrels and are mixed fermented by our indigenous yeasts and bacteria.
