Imperial gose, brewed with rye, infusion of juniper branches and loads of fresh juniper berries in the mash.
Beautiful rye gose as a base, fluffy and sweet feeling, estonian ryebread, tart but not acidic with enough of the salt to really give it a briny edge.
The flavors here arent subtle at all, its intensely flavored. The juniper is strong and the salt dries it all up fast in the finish.
