Zapata Beta Vulgaris

Constructed with a sulphated and carbonated water to enhance light malts like Pilsen, Pale and Wheat. Bitterness from Sladek, Premiant and Kalzberg hops and boiling candy sugar technique. Aroma marked by fruity esters, spicy notes and a floral whiff of hopping. In the mouth, classic Saison esterification, in addition to ripe fruit, followed by the spicy and smooth earthy beet.
