Zapata is a family business founded in 2015. Brewery is pioneers in the concept of farmhouse breweries in Brazil, bringing in more than 40 labels already created an original identity that moves between rural and urban, taking as inspiration the counter-culture and the movements of liberation of the 70s in Latin America. Brewery looks to nature for source of inspiration and apply sustainability in practice. Headquarters are located in Sítio del Bosque, located in the rural area of Viamão, RS, a region that is a center for organic production in the State. Brewery has 4 hectares of land, where them apply permaculture design and agroecological principles.
