Zapata Oursin Tasmania

Oursin Tasmania is an Australian Sour Ale balanced with the acidity of the lactic fermentation technique and the original bitterness of New World hops, specifically from Australia. Composed of light malts, wheat malt and oat flakes and acidified with Lactobacilus brevis, followed by single hop Ella hops.
