The heart of this brewery is a two-vessel brewery with a volume of 25 hl of extruded wort, which allows decoction and infusion cooking, from weak summer But up to 24% BarleyWine.Fermentation and maturation of beer takes place in travel tanks, where the radius and height of the tanks guarantees optimal conditions for this yeast.Each tank is equipped with an upper manhole, which allows the collection of a fermented blanket. The brewery is equipped for bottling beer in KEG kegs and glass bottles.In the brewery's engine room you will find a gas steam generator used to heat the brewery and steam the brewing technology.The air compressor and nitrogen generator, which is used as a pressurized gas in the brewery, prevents oxidation of the beer during production and bottling.The technology supplier is Czech Brewmasters s.r.o.
