Every great story begins with a great partnership, where efforts and ideas come together to realize the improbable and the unknown. Stannis was born like this, a daring project, carried out by the effort of three friends who believed they could write a new story. The business started in 2011 with the production all homemade, about 15 liters tasted and distributed among friends and enthusiasts of craft beer who gave their opinions and opinions on the aspects that could be worked and improved in the product. In 2012, demand started to increase, making it impossible to continue with the homemade process, so this brewery started to outsource the production process to 500 liters, and in 2013 they opened Stannis PUB as a point of commercialization and distribution of Beer. The demand and quality increased and the batches that at the beginning of history were 15 liters, increased to 500 liters, today in 2014 they are already producing about 8000 liters of draft beer per month, divided into five different styles (German Pilsner, Munich Dunkel, Irish Red Ale, Belgian Golden Strong Ale and Weizenbier) at Stannis PUB, a house that was specially designed to sell the product.
