After ten years of serving the locals in West Seattle, Elliott Bay opened its second brewpub in the heart of Burien in March of 2007 – The Elliott Bay Brewhouse and Pub. Our latest creation is the Elliott Bay Public House and Brewery on Lake City Way in the North Seattle community of Lake City. We opened this location to a thirsty neighborhood in March of 2012. While each location has its own character and feel, our goal is that you walk into your neighborhood Elliott Bay and know that it is us.
