Hound Song Brewing Co is Colorado County's first and only brewery and taproom. The brewery is home to a family-friendly taproom accessible to locals and visitors to the area. Hound Song Brewing Co focuses on traditional German, Czech, and American beer styles, as well as rotating small batch and seasonal options which change throughout the year. In addition, Hound Song Brewing Co has an on-site bakery, offering freshly baked pretzels, breads, and traditional Czech Klobasnik (sausage rolls), as well as fun cultural twists on the traditional klobasnik. The brewery also has a food truck on-site, creating a one-stop-shop for fun with family and friends!
