In Celtic legend the Otherworld is a fairy, hidden place, where enchanted creatures live in symbiosis with nature. We define ourselves as "peasant brewery" because we are convinced that the world is not so far away, it is probably hidden in nature and listening to the plants and sprouts we will find the way to reach it; and here is how the FARMER, considered in today's society linked to the image, money and frenzy synonymous with crudeness and backwardness, for us, is the only figure able to change things for the better. The farmer is there, listening to nature, waiting for the fruit, taking care of the flower, knowing how to wait and respect and probably he will find the way to the world.
