Pivovar Ossegg brew only Czech beer, bottom-fermented lagers. Pivovar Ossegg also count on Christmas and Easter specials. Pivovar Ossegg want to make beer fairly, so it matures for 6 to 8 weeks. The beer is fresh, live, full, unfiltered and unpasteurized. It used to be a source of nutrients for monks, and now it is no different. The brewery has a two-pot brewhouse, which is heated by steam piping and open vats, the most traditional Czech way of beer production. Czech are also used barley varieties, hops are from Saaz
