Brewer's Advent Day #1: Grantler Hell

In the middle of Bavaria lies the village of Herrngiersdorf. The small community has less than 1,500 inhabitants, but a stately building, Herrngiersdorf Castle. The beer of the day is named after it: Herrngiersdorf Castle Brewery - Schlossbrauerei Herrngiersdorf.

The bright yellow lager is called Grantler Hell. Grantler - that's the Bavarian expression for a grumpy, endlessly stressed person. If you are also a grumpy person, then rejoice, because Grantler Hell soothes the stressed-out mind. And every single sip brings you closer to relaxation. Perfect for the start into December.
