Brewer's Advent Day 14: Hallertauer Hopfen-Cuvee

The Schlossbrauerei Herrngiersdorf has existed since 1131 in Lower Bavaria and calls itself the oldest private brewery in the world! Since 1899, the company is owned by the Pausinger family, originally from Landshut. Since 1995 the company is managed by Paul Pausinger VI. The annual output is about 5,000 hectoliters.

The four best Hallertau aroma hops (Pearl, Hallertau Tradition, Hallertauer Mittelfrueher and Sapphire) are combined in the Hallertauer Hopfen Cuvee and create a special experience with an unmistakable taste. The golden yellow beer is mild and light in the first sip and changes in the aftertaste to a spicy and hoppy specialty with a pleasant freshness.
