The owner and brewmaster of the family brewery Wolfgang Kesselschläger brewed this beer using natural mountain water from the Austrian Alps, which makes it fresh and clean.
A golden beer with a beautiful head of foam pours into the glass. Smell malty, spicy, grainy. Taste malty spicy, slightly malty fruity, grainy. Soft, not very bitter, with a slightly sweet note in the background - the Memminger Gold has the malt flavor typical of bottom-fermented beers.
