Purest water from its own well, the Heinrich-Franz-Well, is only one of the key ingredients that make great beers from Egerer. Malts sourced from regional producers and hops from the nearby Hallertau finalize the products. Brewed according to the Purity Law of 1516.
Clear golden body topped with a white head of moderate size and retention that leaves sheets of lacing. Yeast and wheat with moderate banana, some clove and other faint spices. Lightly sweet up front and all the way into the faintly spicy, fruity and lightly bready aftertaste.
Primarily yeast and wheat with banana. Hints of spices and soft fruits. Medium-light body and soft, medium carbonation.
