The path of life is full of many paths, the same that choose and others choose us. Norberto Purtschert is in this marked path of more than a hundred stories, who throughout his life has worked in the dairy industry, precisely in the FLORALP family company. On one occasion, shortly after leaving FLORALP, he became curious to do something different, new, and something that could challenge him and his family. In this quest, Norberto's passion for beer blossomed and it wasn't so difficult to know what his decision would be. This is how this journey began in 2015, in the kitchen of his house with nascent recipes and with all the desire to do something wonderful. The tests started and the beer was not so good at the beginning, many attempts to find the correct recipe ended in disaster. But perseverance, experience and being attentive to the teachings of his teacher led him to produce a quality beer, made with water extracted more than 60 meters deep from the slopes of the Imbabura volcano, with different flavors, fragrances and attitudes.
